Activities Registration
There are so many ways to get involved!
The Online Activities Registration program will allow you access to all registration requirements in one spot. Registration needs to be completed prior to a student being able to participate.
Reminder that students must have a physical every three years in order to participate. The online registration module will not allow you to proceed if a physical exam is needed.

Additional Information
Physicals are required every 3 years. If you do not have a current physical on file, you will not be able to register.

- Student Transfer Form - To be completed by students who have transferred schools since entering ninth grade.

Volunteer
To get started on becoming a volunteer, complete the online application below. After submitting the online form, you will receive an email with instructions on how to complete the required online criminal background check.
All volunteers are asked to:
- Step 1: Complete an online volunteer application form.
- Step 2: Complete a criminal background check (Instructions will be sent via email).
- Step 3: During the online volunteer application process, you will review online orientation resources. For special accommodations or questions, please call volunteer services at 320-370-8200.
