Counseling Team
Apollo counselors are assigned to students according to the first letter of their last name. Counselors provide many supports for students related to social/emotional needs and academic/college/career readiness. The counseling team is available to meet with students and/or families as needed. To contact your counselor, please reach out via email or phone to schedule an appointment.

School Program and Requesting Transcript Information
For current Apollo student transcripts, go to Quick Links. For previous students' transcripts, follow the directions below.
By mail: Please include the following:
- First and last name with which you graduated
- Your date of birth
- The year you graduated
- The place and address where you want the transcript sent
- Please include a phone number in case we need to contact you
- Include any special instructions
- Please sign and date the request

In person: You can stop in at the Apollo guidance office and fill out a transcript request form.
